Known Outlook Agent Issue: Dotted Borders

Here's how to resolve your signature issues related to borders that appear via the Outlook agent.

You are using the Outlook agent : After creating your signature template and deploying it, when you start a new email, your signature seems to have dotted borders applied to the template, even if you have not set any border in the signature design.

Be aware that once your email is sent to your recipient, no border/grid appears on your signature.

If you want to disable the dotted lines, here are the steps to follow:

1️⃣ Open your Outlook mail

2️⃣ New message

Generate a new email and make sure your signature template is applied.

3️⃣ Format the text

Click inside the body of the email, select the Format Text tab (in the top ribbon bar).

4️⃣ Borders Menu

Click on the Borders

5️⃣ Show the grid

Click on Show grid to deselect this option.
