# Using the Signitic Agent on Outlook 365 and 2024 Versions

Here is how to solve your signature issues related to the Outlook version 365 agent

> **Error:** Warning, the agent is not compatible with the new versions of Outlook (New Outlook; OWA)

**Microsoft has started rolling out a change in the way email signatures work.**

If you are affected, you have two solutions available:

-   [Globally deploy the Signitic Add-in on Outlook](https://support.signitic.com/fr/articles/8224361-deployer-globalement-l-add-in-outlook.md)
    
-   Implement a temporary solution proposed by Microsoft
    

If you choose the temporary solution proposed by Microsoft, here is the procedure to follow:

## Manually disable Outlook's roaming signatures feature.

To manually disable Outlook's roaming signatures feature:

## **❶** Launch RegEdit

Launch RegEdit (registry editor).

## **❷** Navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Setup\
```

## **❸**Select DWORD (32-bit) Value

Right-click anywhere in the right panel, select **New,** then select **DWORD (32-bit) Value.**

## **❹** Enter the name of the DWORD as:

Enter the name of the DWORD as **DisableRoamingSignaturesTemporaryToggle** and press \[Enter\].

## **❺** To modify the value you can:

-   Either right-click on the option **DisableRoamingSignaturesTemporaryToggle** and select **Modify**​
    
-   Or double-click on the button **DisableRoamingSignaturesTemporaryToggle.**
    

The **Edit DWORD (32-bit) Value** window appears:

In **Value data**, enter the value 1.

## **❻** Save the changes

Click **OK** to save the changes and close the window.

## **❼** Restart Outlook

Restart Outlook for the change to take effect.

## **❽** Alternative REGEDIT path

If it still doesn't work, you need to access this path (or create it) and then create the key DisableRoamingSignaturesTemporaryToggle:
