On Signitic, several administrator roles are already defined to address specific needs and tasks. You may assign these roles to users according to their responsibilities. Here are the available profiles:
Admin: Full access to all features.
General Co-admin: Full access, except for settings.
Campaign Co-admin: Restricted access to campaign management only.
Template Co-admin: Limited access to managing signature templates.
In addition to these standard profiles, it is also possible to create new custom roles. Learn below how to proceed
To do this, go to your Settings then Security.
For each role, you can manage the user list who will benefit from this role and the permissions for each feature of the application using the checkboxes.
You can thus grant read, write, delete, and create permissions for all the different components of Signitic as well as specify an entity for the permission.
This allows you, for example, to authorize a member of your team to modify entity A and to assign a campaign and a template only to the groups of this entity.
Once your role is configured, do not forget to save it at the top right.
