# Invite my collaborators to install the Signitic agent

How to invite my collaborators to install the Signitic agent?

From the menu [**Users**](https://signitic.app/users), you can invite your collaborators by email to download and install the Signitic agent.

The invitation contains the download link for the Signitic desktop application.

⚠ **This invitation is not necessary to update the signature except for users:**

-   **Apple Mail on MacOS**
    
-   **Windows on Outlook 2016/2019/2021.**
    

## **❶** Go to the Users menu

To send an invitation to your collaborators, go to the [**Users**](https://signitic.app/users)**.**  
You can **select your users using the checkboxes** to the left of each user or **sort them using the available filters** at the top of the page.

From the **Users** menu, **select your users by clicking on their photo** or **sort them using the available filters** at the top of the page.

## **❷** Use the bulk action

Once the users are selected, simply click on **Bulk Actions.**

Then click on the **Invite** button in the list of **bulk actions**.

From the dropdown menu, you will see the option **invite to download and install the Signitic agent**.

You simply need to **confirm** to trigger the sending of the invitation.
