From the Users menu, you can invite your employees by e-mail to download and install the Signitic agent.

The invitation contains the download link of the Signitic desktop application (MacOs).

⚠️ This invitation is not necessary to update the signature except for Apple Mail users under MacOS.

To send an invitation to your collaborators, access the Users menu.

You can select your users using the checkboxes to the left of each user or sort them using the filters available at the top of the page.

Once you have selected the users, simply click on Grouped actions.

Then click on the Invite button in the list of grouped actions.

Via the drop-down menu you will see the option to invite to download and install the Signitic agent.

You can confirm to send the invitation.
