How to set a default signature on Outlook

In order to benefit from your Signitic signature completely automatically, you need to add a default signature for your new messages.

1️⃣ Access your Outlook mailbox

From Outlook, create a new email and then select a signature.

2️⃣ Click on Signatures

  1. Select the signature of your account in the dropdown choice on the right for "New messages".

  2. If you wish, you can also select it for "Replies" and forwards.

  3. Click on OK

Your signature will be automatically added and updated now with every new email.
