How does my subscription work?

When you subscribe to your subscription, a number of licenses is allocated to you based on your needs.

License consumption occurs when signatures are updated.

Annual plan: 1 annual license = 12 uses / user / year (i.e., 1 / month)

👉🏻 Billing is based on the number of annual licenses.

  • If your number of users exceeds 12, you need to subscribe to more licenses.

  • If you have more active users with signatures than available licenses, the signatures of users without licenses will not be updated.

  • Conversely, if you use Signitic for fewer users and do not consume all your licenses, the licenses can be used the following year.

Your billing for Signitic is based on the number of synchronized email addresses in the solution.
Adding aliases or variations that increase the total number of email addresses, it will be necessary to add licenses so that all addresses can benefit from the service.

Payment Methods

You can top up your license account using two payment methods:

  1. Payment by credit card

  2. Payment by bank transfer on invoice (30-day term - companies registered in France only).

👉🏻 To place your license order, go to your Settings -> Subscription.

Best Practice:

It is possible that with the arrival of new team members, you may need to add new licenses.
Thanks to credit card payment, you won’t need to make a request and wait for our invoice: a dedicated tab is available in Settings > Subscription.
