When you subscribe to a Signitic plan, you benefit from a number of annual licences according to your needs. Each licence allows for a certain number of uses for updating your users’ signatures.
Consumption of licencesAnnual plan : 1 annual licence = 12 uses per user, i.e. one update per month.
👉🏻 Billing is based on the number of annual licences subscribed to.
Management of additional licencesWhen you use more licences than initially planned, you are in a situation of overconsumption.
For example, if you have subscribed to 10 licences for one year, this gives you a total of 120 licences to be used over the year (10 licences × 12 months).
If you add 2 additional users, you will then use 12 licences per month. As a result, your annual quota of 120 licences will be reached in 10 months instead of 12.
This leads to two consequences:
An earlier renewal date for your subscription
An automatic update of your subscription to 12 licenses (instead of 10)
Billing based on synchronized and active email addressesSignitic billing depends on the number of synchronized email addresses in the solution. If you add aliases or variations to your user accounts, this will increase the number of addresses and will therefore require the addition of extra licenses to cover all addresses. Profiles consume a license only when they have an active profile on Signitic
Payment methodsYou have two options to top up your license account:
Payment by credit card
Payment by bank transfer (on invoice, with a 30-day term, reserved for companies registered in France only)
