Signitic License Management and Billing
When you subscribe to a Signitic plan, you benefit from a number of annual licenses according to your needs. Each license allows a certain number of uses for updating your users' signatures.
License Consumption
Annual plan: 1 annual license = 12 uses per user, corresponding to one update per month.
ππ» Billing is based on the number of annual licenses subscribed.
Management of Additional Licenses
If your number of active users exceeds 12, you will need to subscribe to additional licenses.
If you have more users than available licenses, the signatures of users not covered by a license will not be updated.
Example: If you have 15 users and 12 licenses, only the signatures of the first 12 users will be updated; the remaining 3 will not be updated until new licenses are added.
Carryforward of unused licenses
If you have subscribed to licenses and have not used all your licenses throughout the year, these will be carried forward to the following year.
Billing based on synchronized email addresses
Signitic billing depends on the number of synchronized email addresses in the solution. If you add aliases or variations to your user accounts, this will increase the number of addresses and will therefore require the addition of extra licenses to cover all addresses.
Payment methods
You have two options to top up your license account:
Payment by credit card
Payment by bank transfer (on invoice, with a 30-day due date, reserved for companies registered in France only)
ππ» To place an order for additional licenses, go to your Settings > Subscription.
Best practice
If new team members join your team, you may need to add additional licenses. With payment by credit card, you can add licenses directly from the interface without waiting for an invoice. Simply go to Settings > Subscription to place your order.
