In order for your users to automatically retrieve their signature when composing a new email, it is necessary to assign them a signature template.
Go to the Templates menu of the Signitic interface.
Select the signature template you wish to assign and click on Edit.
In the edit interface, click on the Assign tab.
You may select the user group to which you wish to apply this template by checking the corresponding boxes.
Do not forget to save the changes to confirm the assignment.
That's all! Once this operation is completed, your users will have their signature template updated automatically.
