To have your new signatures on your users, you have assigned your signature template to groups but now you are looking at how to change the groups users?
1️⃣Access to the Users menu
From the menu Users accessible from the left sidebar, select your users with the checkbox on the left of each row or filter your users with the list buttons on the top.
2️⃣Grouped actions
Use the grouped actions button to directly change one or more group users.
3️⃣From the user file
You can also change the user's group directly into their user record.
4️⃣From the Organization tab
From the Organization tab, you can add one or more users to a group. Simply select the desired group. Then go to the Users tab.
You'll see which users have already been assigned to the group. If you wish to add new users, simply click on the Modify button.
