When writing an email on Outlook (Web, Windows or MacOS), you have the possibility with the Add-in to lighten your signature: remove the banner, the legal mentions or the polite formula when writing to colleagues.
You can also target your communication internally or externally depending on who you want to reach:
👉 Your afterwork banners, internal survey, or your events will be visible only to your colleagues.
👉 Your promotional banners, invitation to your next webinar, or your latest article will be visible only to your prospects and customers.
We can therefore define 2 types of possible targets at Signitic:
Internal: All your recipients (including cc's) are from the same domain as your email and therefore all work in the same company/association as yourself.
External: At least 1 of your recipients (including cc) has an email that does not belong to your company/association.
1️⃣ Choose your target

From the campaign module, select the desired campaign and go to the scenario step: Here you can choose, if you want to share your banner internally and/or externally.
2️⃣ Lightening the signature

From the signature settings of your account, you have access to different options to lighten your reply signature or your internal signature.
You can choose to display or not your : Banner, legal notice and/or greeting in your signatures.
3️⃣ Adding conditions from the editor

From the signature editor, you have the possibility to add conditions depending on whether the email is intended for internal or external use.
Adding block conditions

You can also add block conditions, which will only display the selected block on a certain type of email.
And there you have it, you can now customize your message in your signature based on your recipient!
