This guide is intended for users who wish to benefit from their Signitic signature on Apple Mail on their Mac.

Download the application
Warning : Several versions of the Signitic Agent are available. Carefully check which one corresponds to your machine.
Place Signitic.appPlace the Signitic.app application in the Applications folder.

Log in
Log in via Google, Office 365 or with your connection key.
Create a signature
Open Apple Mail and go to the menu: Mail > Settings > Signatures and create a signature by placing in the content of the signature votre.email@monentreprise.fr as shown in the screenshot below. The objective here is therefore to enter only your email address in the field; this will allow a connection to be created with the Signitic Agent.
Also remember to correctly respect the capital letters present in your email address for your connection to the agent to be properly taken into account. (Example: If, when you log in, the agent displays your email address like this: Votre.EMAIL@monentreprise.fr then you must copy exactly the same email address into the Apple Mail signature block.)
Update your signatureBack in the Signitic client, update your signature by clicking on the "Update" button at the bottom of your profile page.

If your signature does not update...
If the signature is not updated and/or the loading keeps spinning endlessly, open "System Preferences" on your Mac, click on the icon "Security and Privacy" and check that in "Automation" the boxes related to Signitic are properly checked.

On macOS, by going to the tab "Full Disk Access" and adding the following 3 applications: Finder, Terminal and Signitic.
If you still cannot retrieve your signature, we invite you to add "signitic.app" to the whitelist of authorized websites on your antivirus/firewall.
