# Setup my reply signatures

How to reduce your reply signatures?

In order to reduce the reply signature, we offer a list of options available for **Outlook on desktop only**.

**Note: Gmail integration will come up short.**

## **❶** Go to the settings

In **Settings** and then [**Signature**](https://signitic.app/settings/signature), you have the possibility to change the content of your reply signature.

Here you can choose to display or not the banner, the closing formula or the legal mentions of **all** your reply signatures.

## **❷** Setting up signatures from the editor

-   For the blocks

From your **template editor**, you can choose which type of email your block is displayed on: _new messages, replies/forwards or both._

In the **editor**, it is also possible to add **specific text to the reply or send signature** using the following **tags**:
