On the first load of your users, Signitic retrieves the information from your connector. This data is loaded once each time it is added to Signitic.
However, when a user is present in Signitic and their information changes in your directory, the user will not be modified in Signitic.
To change this behavior, you have the option to enable data rewriting.
1️⃣ Go to your settings
Go to Settings > Connectors then click on the desired connector.
2️⃣ Enable/disable the data rewriting option
You will find the connectors Source Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and the following option "Data Rewriting".
Every day, your users' information such as phone or position will be updated from your directory.
