Signitic enables you to integrate communication banners into your signature.
It is important that your banner is readable. The size of the banner must be appropriate, with a clear message, a choice of colors that are consistent and adapted to your brand guidelines.
To create a banner, you have two options:
Create your banner with the software of your choice, then import it
Create your banner directly on Signitic via Canva
The size of your bannerIt must not exceed the dimensions 600px x 200px.
More generally, the first reflex should be to consider your email signature as a whole. Thus, if your signature is 500px wide, choose a campaign with the same width.
FormatOnly the formats .jpg, .png and .gif are accepted.
However, we recommend prioritizing the use of the .png format for better quality or the .gif format to make your campaign as engaging as possible (it will more easily capture your recipient’s attention).
ContentTo create a powerful banner, it is important that your message is clear and legible. Be concise and go straight to the point.
We also recommend that you add a call to action that will redirect your target audience to a new page. It will facilitate the transition to action for your recipient.
An CTA that is effective can encourage your recipient to contact you, or simply to promote your company’s offers. Thus, you may promote a new offer, a new article, or even an event.
To ensure it is effective, limit the use to a single CTA per email banner.

Your banner will appear in the preview with your signature template, so you can modify the format as you wish.
