# Deploy the Outlook add-in

Independently install the Outlook Signitic add-in for all employees step by step.

_Outlook add-ins are a new feature offered by Microsoft since September 2021. In addition to the numerous possibilities it provides, its main strength lies in simultaneous and global deployment to users across all platforms._

> **Warning:** **Please consult the** [**prerequisites**](https://support.signitic.com/fr/articles/8224363-pre-requis-add-in-signitic-pour-outlook.md) **before installing the Signitic add-in.**

> **Error:** **The add-in must not be installed individually by end users.**

## **❶** Connect the add-in

Go to the [Parameter-Connectors](https://app.signitic.com/settings/connectors) tab in your Signitic account. Click on Add and then select the add-in.

Once complete, click on “Install.”

To deploy the Signitic add-in, you must be a Microsoft 365 administrator and have the role of **_Global Administrator_**.

## **❷** Choose the target

-   **Only me**
    
-   **Entire organization**  
    All users in your organization will have the Signitic add-in installed.
    
-   **Specific users/groups**  
    This allows deployment to a specific segment of your organization. This is recommended during the testing phase.

## **❹** Accept permissions

It is **necessary to accept the permissions** for the add-in to function properly.

## **❺** Add-in activation

> **Warning:** 🕐 Deployment delay: before the add-in becomes visible in users' Outlook, it may take up to 72 hours.

Once this has been completed and your signatures are ready, do not forget to activate the add-in on your Signitic platform.
