# Prerequisites for Signitic Add-in for Outlook

What are the prerequisites to benefit from the Signitic Add-in?

# On Windows

## Prerequisites:

The Signitic add-in for Outlook Windows is only available for Outlook users with a **Microsoft 365 subscription.**

_Outlook must be installed with the license included in your Microsoft 365 subscription (note: some Microsoft subscriptions do not include the full Outlook client)._

**⚠️ Minimum versions:**

-   Current Channel: **v16.0.14026.20000** _(or later)_
    
-   Monthly Channel: **v16.0.14131.20000** _(or later)_
    

# How to know the version/channel of your full Outlook client

1.  In Outlook, select **File.**
    
2.  Select **Office Account**.
    
3.  You will find the **channel** of your account below **About Outlook.**

4.  To know the **version** of your Outlook, click on **About Outlook.**

# On Mac OS

Support via the new Outlook user interface (new UI) on Mac is **available in version 16.38.506.**

If you do not meet the prerequisites to benefit from the Signitic Add-in, you can still **install the Signitic agent** !
