This guide is for users who want to have Signitic signatures on Outlook on their iOS or Android smartphones.
It works the same way on both platforms. The most important thing is to stick to the prerequisites:
Make sure you have Outlook 365 so the portability works on your iOS/Android smartphone: version 17.3 or higher
The Outlook app needs to be updated for the signature to show up. (Make sure it’s the latest version—check your phone’s app store to be sure).

It’s important that the email address connected to Signitic is the main account on your Outlook mobile app.
If the prerequisites are met, all you need to do is open a new message on your smartphone and wait a few seconds for the signature to show up.
Known issue on smartphone add-ons
In some cases, some users might not get their signature instantly.
To fix this, you need to enable the Signitic add-on in the list on your smartphones. Here's how:
Open Outlook on your smartphone and go to the app settings.

Open the "Add-ons" option.
In the list, look for Signitic and check the box on the right. If this is already checked, uncheck it and try again. If that doesn’t fix the issue, it’s just a matter of waiting for Microsoft to finish deploying.
