This guide is for users who want to use Signitic signatures on Outlook on their iOS or Android smartphone.
The process is the same on both platforms. The most important thing is to meet the prerequisites:
Have Outlook 365 so that portability is done on your iOS/Android smartphone: version 17.3 minimum
The Outlook app must be updated for the signature to appear. (Latest update possible, make sure to check in your mobile stores to be sure).
It is important that the address connected to Signitic is the main account on your mobile's Outlook app.
If the prerequisites are met, simply open a new message on your smartphone and wait a few seconds for the signature to appear.
⚠️ Known issue on smartphone add-ins
In some cases, some users may not instantly have their signature.
For this, it is necessary to activate the Signitic add-in in the list present on your Smartphones. Here is how to proceed:
Open Outlook on the smartphone then go to the app settings.
Open the "Add-ins" option.
In the list, look for Signitic and then check the box on the right. If this action is already done, uncheck the box and redo the process. If this does not resolve the issue, then it is a matter of deployment time on Microsoft's side.
