# Add Your Signature in Apple Mail for iOS

Manually add your signature in Apple Mail on your iPhone

If you use the Apple Mail app on your iPhone, you can add your Signitic signature manually.

> **Info:** ⚠ This method is not automatic. If you change your signature in Signitic, you will need to repeat this process to apply the changes.

## **❶** Copy your signature from an email

-   Open an email that contains your Signitic signature.
    
-   Press and hold the signature at the bottom of the message.
    
-   Once selected, copy it.

## **❷** Add your signature to the Apple Mail app on your iPhone/iPad

> **Info:** On iPad, signatures in the Apple Mail app do not support images. Use a signature without images.

Once you have copied your signature, you can add it in the Signature settings of the Mail app on your iPhone.

To do this, you need to access your **Settings** then search for **Mail** then scroll down until you find the Signature setting.

Paste the signature into the block:

> **Info:** To preserve the formatting of your signature, once the signature has been pasted, shake your iPhone. A pop-up window will appear saying: "**Undo Change Attributes**". Select "Yes".
