If you use Apple's Mail app on your iPhone, we have a solution to apply your signature to your emails.
This solution is manual, so it will not take into account any changes you make to your signature, and the action will need to be redone in case of changes.
1️⃣ Retrieve Your Signature
From an email, retrieve your signature at the bottom. To do this, select the signature (highlighting it is sufficient), copy the signature.
2️⃣ Add Your Signature to Your iPhone
Once the signature is retrieved, you can add it in the Signature settings of your Mail app on your iPhone.
To do this, you need to access your Settings then search for Mail and then scroll down to find the Signature setting.
