Create a group on Signitic

Add a group to your organization

One of the main strengths of Signitic is the ability to create and manage groups efficiently. With our solution, you can administer the signatures of each department within your organization.

This article will explain how to create your group in the Organization tab, in order to take full advantage of all the features offered by Signitic.

Create a group

Your groups reflect different levels of hierarchy. For example, you might have a main group, then a specific entity, followed by departments within that entity like Human Resources, Sales, etc.

Simply go to the Organization tab and click on the "Create a group" button.

By creating a group, you will be able to manage its hierarchical structure under its name on the right of the interface. You will have the option to define whether this group is a stand-alone group, a group level 2 or a group level 3.

Managing your group tree

When creating a group, it is automatically added to the Level 1 group.

If you want to manage the hierarchy of these groups, you can go to the tree structure parameter of your group. You can therefore choose whether it depends on a particular group or whether the latter is independent.
