Modification form for my users

Where my users can change their information

On Signitic, all data management is handled by your account admins. As this is a time-consuming task, it's possible for your users to view or modify the attributes you've made editable from your Admin account.

1️⃣ Modify your information from the form

If your users wish to access this form, they can follow this link https://app.signitic.com/public/informations which redirects them to the form. Once on the form, they can log in using an SSO connection and/or their e-mail address and the key present on their Signitic profile. Admins can also share this key using a grouped action.

In this form, your user will be able to modify the attributes you allow him/her to modify.

2️⃣ Modify your photo from the form

To get started, visit this link https://app.signitic.com/public/ information. You'll see a section dedicated to importing your photo. This section looks like a frame with a dotted line around it, or one that says "Upload Drag and drop your photo here".

Open your computer's file explorer, find the photo you want, click and hold the mouse button on the photo, then drag it to the drag and drop area on the web page and release the mouse button to drop the photo.

Alternatively, you can click on the drag and drop area, which will open a dialog window for selecting the photo and clicking "Open". After dropping or selecting the photo, it should appear in the dedicated area, allowing you to check that it's the photo you want.

You can then modify the dimensions of your photo using the Crop window that opens.

3️⃣ Check the result of your changes

On the left-hand side of the form, you can check the final result of your modifications.

You'll be able to check the status of your signature, as well as your Vcard if you have one.
