From Signitic, it is possible to set up a mapping so that your users are automatically placed in the desired groups.
If this mapping is not implemented for your users or for certain individuals, you can set up a default group that will include all users without mapping.
Set a default group
To carry out this action, you can go to the Organization tab in Signitic.

Select the group you wish to set as default, then click Edit. Click on the arrow next to Save and then click Declare as default.

Your group is now set as default.
How to recognize a default group
Nothing could be easier. Default groups have a pink square at the beginning of their name in the group tree. This square will allow you to recognize them at a glance.

If you have further questions regarding default groups, please feel free to contact support.
