Signitic allows the addition of GIFs to your signatures. For a good reading of these animated images from your signature, it is important to meet certain prerequisites.
Have a minimum Outlook version of 2013. This version is the oldest version that can be compatible with our signature services.
Be up to date on the update channel of your Outlook. This ensures the proper functioning of Outlook services.
To check this, you can go to the File tab and then Office Account in your Outlook application.
