On the agent, it is possible to connect in three different ways. Using your Google Gmail account, your Microsoft Outlook account, or using the login information present on Signitic.

1️⃣ Connection of a variation

For the connection of a variation to the agent, it is necessary to use a manual connection.

For this, you will need to retrieve the alias email address of the variation. This can be found in the user profile of the variation in the "Settings" tab, then at the bottom near the delegation settings.

This email address will allow you to connect the variation to the agent. Then you can retrieve the connection key that serves as the password.

2️⃣ Managing Signatures

Once this is done, you can manage signatures in the signature settings of Outlook and Apple Mail. This will allow you to use two different signatures according to your needs.
