On your template, you have the option to add links to your social networks, your website, and any other link you want.
Under certain conditions, clicking on one of your links may lead to a 404 Error:
1️⃣ The choice of your test user
Very often, this issue simply comes from the choice of your user during your test.
From the "For" choice, you can select the different users on whom you want to perform the test.
When testing links and other features, it is necessary to test using a real user and not a fictitious user.
For example, in this case, the fictitious user Barbara SPILLBERG will redirect your links to a 404 error.
In this sense, during your tests, prioritize real users to avoid link errors.
2️⃣ Your links are not in Https
When adding a link in your Organization tab, it is necessary to add your links in the form https:// to keep links secure.
It is therefore necessary to add links starting with https to avoid this 404 error.
3️⃣Inactive user
Deactivated users do not consume licenses, so logically the links do not work.
For your tests, it is therefore necessary to use active users for the proper functioning of the links on your model.
