It is necessary that your Outlook application is closed.
Run the Windows + R command or open the Run application on your computer.
In this window, type the command "olk.exe --devtools" making sure to put a space after the word "exe".
Click OK.
Outlook will open with a window containing lines of code. On this window, right-click then "Save as..."
Save the logs in an easily accessible place and then send us the file on our chat.
