The yellow envelope on the Signitic platform is a very useful visual indicator for efficiently managing user licenses within your organization. It helps identify whether a user is actually consuming a license or not.
What is the yellow envelope on Signitic?The yellow envelope is an icon that appears next to a user’s profile in the Signitic administration interface. It is used to indicate that this user is currently consuming a license. This means that the user is actively using Signitic’s features, including applying their signature in their email tool (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
They must use their Signitic signature in their email tool.
As soon as the user starts sending emails with a signature configured by Signitic, this activates the yellow envelope.
The absence of this envelope may also be related to a lack of licenses (Error 31 on the add-in), compared to the number of active users. It is therefore necessary to check the number of licenses in your subscription settings.
