The yellow envelope on the Signitic platform is a very useful visual indicator for efficiently managing user licenses within your organization. It helps identify whether a user is actually consuming a license or not.
What is the yellow envelope on Signitic?
The yellow envelope is an icon that appears next to a user’s profile in the Signitic administration interface. It is used to indicate that this user is currently consuming a license. This means that the user is actively using Signitic’s features, including applying their signature in their email tool (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
For a user to consume a license (and for the yellow envelope to appear):
They must use their Signitic signature in their email tool.
As soon as the user starts sending emails with a signature configured by Signitic, this activates the yellow envelope.
The absence of this envelope may also be related to a lack of licenses (Error 31 on the add-in), compared to the number of active users. It is therefore necessary to check the number of licenses in your subscription settings.
