How to add licenses on Signitic?

When logging into Signitic, this message may appear:

This means that the number of active users exceeds the number of licenses purchased with your subscription. This may result in your signatures not being updated or an Error 31 for users of the add-in.

How to add licenses?

Warning, this action must be performed by the main administrator.

To do this, go to your subscription tab in your Signitic settings. Click on the Modify my subscription button. Once done, click again on the Modify subscription button.

You can then update the number of licenses according to your needs.

Once done, reload your users and signatures to implement the license.
