Map your Google Workspace OUs

Map Google Workspace information in Signitic

On Signitic, you have the option to map the information from your Google Workspace in order to organize your Signitic account according to the structure of your Organizational Units (OU). This enables you to retrieve a hierarchy similar to that of your Google Workspace.

1⃣ Access the settings of your connector

1. Go to the settings of your Signitic account.

2. Open the Connectors tab.

3. Select your Google Workspace connector.

Then the Mapping tab.

2⃣Configure your mapping

Select the group level that you wish to map, then search for the field "OrganizationUnitLevel." You may include up to 5 levels of your OUs.

For a mapping /Brand1/France/IDF/Paris/Business :

• organizationUnitLevel1 will be Commerce

• organizationUnitLevel2 will be Paris

• organizationUnitLevel3 will be IDF

• organizationUnitLevel4 will be France

• organizationUnitLevel5 will be Marque1

The mapping of OUs can be Ascending as well as Descending.
