The Signitic agent is an application connected to your Signitic environment. It allows your email signature to be automatically applied on email clients such as Outlook or Apple Mail.

Operation of the agent
The agent operates in a manner similar to the Outlook add-in, with some differences:
It automatically pushes the signature to your mailbox.
It updates the signature every night.
In case of urgent modification of the signature, a manual update of the agent may be required.
The agent is therefore a reliable solution to keep your signatures up to date without daily intervention.
