What is the Signitic agent?

**What is the Signitic agent?**

The **Signitic agent** is an application connected to your Signitic environment. It allows your email signature to be automatically applied on email clients such as **Outlook** or **Apple Mail**.

### Operation of the agent

The agent operates in a manner similar to the Outlook add-in, with some differences:

-   It **automatically pushes the signature** to your mailbox.
    
-   It **updates the signature every night**.
    
-   In case of urgent modification of the signature, a **manual update of the agent** may be required.
    

The agent is therefore a reliable solution to keep your signatures up to date without daily intervention.
