The agent is an application within the Signitic environment. It allows you to push your signature directly onto your mail application, such as Outlook or Apple Mail.

How does it work?
The agent is a background application, it runs in the background of your computer. The agent automatically updates your signatures every night between midnight and 5:00 AM. Opening it allows you to force the update in case of a specific modification or a change in your profile.
Update my signature using my agent
My signature does not update after a change on the Signitic platform
Open the agent
Once your application is installed, you can find it among your applications by performing a search, or in background tasks by right-clicking.
On Mac, the application can be found in your top bar on the upper right.
Edit my information from my agent
From your agent, (if your administrator allows it) you can edit your profile information.
The grayed-out elements are items locked by your administrator, and you will not be able to edit them.
