Manage the space between the closing formula and your signature

If you have added a polite phrase to your signatures, you can manage the spacing between it and your signatures. Here’s how to do it.

Spacing between your polite phrase and your signature

Go to your Settings in the sub-tab Signature. Scroll through the options to find “Polite Phrase Spacing”.

By default, this spacing is set to 1. You can reduce it to 0 to minimize the spacing. You can also increase this spacing if desired.

You can also manage the default font for your polite phrase.
