The Signitic extension enables you to automatically set up signatures on different platforms. These platforms are Gmail, Hubspot, and Zoho CRM.
Once the extension has been deployed by your administrator, here is how to log in to the extension in a few clicks.
To log in, locate your extension at the top right of your Chrome browser.

Then add your email address.

Once this is done, click on “Receive login link“. You will receive an email directly at the email address you provided. Click on “Log in“.

After clicking the button, your signature will be set up, and you will see the different applications connected to your extension.
To apply the changes made in your admin instantly, you can synchronize your signature manually from the extension:
