Add legal notices to your signatures for each group.

### **❶** How to add legal notices?

1.  **Centralize your legal notices on the platform**  
    Access the sub-tab **"Legal Notices"** directly in **your organization**.
    
2.  **Customize the appearance**  
    With the Signitic editor, adjust the font, size, color and placement of this block so that it fits perfectly with your signatures.

3.  **Automatically deploy to all your employees**  
    Once modifications have been made, users in the group and subgroup will have the legal notices on their signature by the following day at the latest.
