How to update the Outlook Signitic add-in

To ensure the proper functioning of Signitic on Outlook, it is essential to perform the latest add-in update.
Please note, this action must be performed only by the Microsoft 365 account administrator.

Why update the add-in?

Our technical teams have developed a more powerful add-in to enable you to better manage the integration of your email signatures on Outlook!

Here are the changes :

• Increased performance

• Change of sender email

• Improved random rotation of your campaigns with each insertion of your signatures

• Optimized deployment: instantaneous for web and 24 to 48 hours for Outlook heavy client

Add-in deployments carried out after July 30, 2025 already have the new version; no update is required.

How to update the add-in?

1. To take advantage of the new add-in, go to the Microsoft admin manager

2. Click on the pending update, then on “Accept and Update” the add-in

3. Once the loading is complete, the update is successful and you can use the new version of the add-in!

It is possible to experience a delay of 24 to 48 hours for the add-in to be up to date.

How can I check if I already have the new update?

If you do not see a message indicating that an update is available, we recommend checking by clicking in the add-in menu.

If the status is OK but there is an action “Update the add-in”, this means that you are not using the latest version.

A request for a link to a manifest file indicates that the current version of your add-in does not support the new update.

To obtain the latest version, we recommend proceeding with a new deployment.

Here are the steps to follow:

- Remove the add-in

- Return to the above link, redeploy the add-in with the same settings as before removal (Organization, specific groups, etc.)

We recommend performing this at the end of the week to avoid losing access to signatures.
