The Eurécia connector allows Signitic to import active users from your HR directory and retrieve the data used in your email signatures.
Generate a valid API token in Eurécia. Eurécia’s official documentation explains how to create either a user token or a user-profile token.
If the API (web-services) section is not visible in your admin area, contact Eurécia support to enable it. Eurécia presents the user token as the most reliable and flexible option.
In Signitic, open the Connectors page , select Eurécia, then paste your API key. The Signitic connector only needs this token to establish the connection.
After the connection is saved, Signitic starts importing active users from Eurécia. The data available for signatures includes first name, last name, email, job title, department, and structure.
You can then review the connector settings in Signitic if you want to adjust field mapping or activation behavior.
Check that the token is still valid, that Eurécia API access is enabled on your account, and that the expected employees are active in Eurécia. If Signitic rejects the connection, generate a new token and try again.
