To use your Signitic signatures in Teamtailor, you can connect Teamtailor to Signitic in just a few minutes.
This integration allows Signitic to identify your users in Teamtailor and then update their signatures directly on the platform.
From Teamtailor, open your admin settings and go to Integrations > API keys.
Copy the generated API key. You will need it when connecting Teamtailor in Signitic.
In Signitic, go to the Connectors page in your settings, then select Teamtailor.
Enter your API key, select the correct region, then click Connect.
Europe (EU) if your Teamtailor data is hosted in Europe.
North America (NA) if your Teamtailor data is hosted in North America.
Once the connector is added, Signitic starts synchronizing the users available in Teamtailor.
Recognized users are then activated on the Teamtailor connector and can receive their signature.
As with other Destination connectors, you should enable signature updates on the Teamtailor connector if you want signatures to be pushed without waiting.
To do this, open Teamtailor from your Connectors settings, then enable signature updates.
You can check each user’s Teamtailor status from the user profile in Signitic.
If needed, you can enable or disable Teamtailor user by user, or through bulk actions.
To apply signatures immediately, launch a manual synchronization from the synchronization module. Otherwise, updates will be sent automatically during the next sync cycles.
Check that your Teamtailor API key is still valid.
Check that the selected region in Signitic matches your Teamtailor stack (EU or NA).
Check that the user exists in Teamtailor with an email address or login email matching Signitic.
Check that signature updates are enabled on the connector.
