Use this option when data from the source directory is not in the right format for your signatures, for example to uppercase a department or replace one value with another.
The transformation applies only inside Signitic. It does not change the data stored in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or another connector.
1. Open Settings > Connectors. 2. Select a connector that has a Mapping tab. 3. Open the Mapping tab. 4. On the target attribute, choose Import and transform value. 5. Click Edit transformation.
Two transformation types are available:
Change case to make the value lowercase or uppercase.
Replace value to replace a specific string with another one.
You can chain several transformations on the same value. They are applied in the order shown in the modal.
The modal shows an example result before you apply the configuration. Use this preview to confirm that the imported value will look right in Signitic.
No. It applies to the connector mapping and therefore to all users imported through that mapping.
Check that the connector has a Mapping tab.
Check that the row uses Import and transform value, then make sure the transformation has been configured and applied.
