You need:
administrator access to the Signitic workspace;
your Positive User space domain, for example example.user.com;
a valid Positive User API key;
user segments already created in Positive User.
1. Open Settings > Connectors. 2. Add the Positive User connector. 3. Enter your Positive User space domain. 4. Paste the Positive User API key. 5. Confirm the connection.

Signitic checks the connection with Positive User. If the domain or API key is incorrect, the connection is refused and an error message asks you to check the information you entered.
Once the connection is validated, the connector is saved and Signitic starts syncing Positive User segments.
Positive User user segments are imported into Signitic as contact lists. Each segment keeps its name and can then be selected in campaign targeting rules.
Segment contacts are not imported automatically until the dedicated option is enabled.
In the connector settings, you can choose:
Disable to avoid importing contacts from Positive User segments;
Enable to automatically import all Positive User segments with their contacts.
Only user segments are supported. Positive User company lists are not supported by this connector.
Once segments are imported, you can use them to target a Signitic campaign.
A campaign can be configured to display only to external recipients who belong to specific HubSpot or Positive User lists. This lets you personalize campaigns based on marketing or sales segments that already exist in Positive User.
During later synchronizations, Signitic updates the lists when Positive User segments change. Segments renamed or edited in Positive User are reflected in Signitic, and obsolete contacts are cleaned up after import.
Connector credentials are stored at workspace level. The API key is encrypted, and API calls remain limited to the configured Positive User domain.
Check the Positive User domain and API key entered in the connector.
No, not until the contact import option is enabled in the connector settings.
No. The connector only supports user segments.
