If you use the Signitic Add-in (under Outlook), you have the option to invite your colleagues by email to discover the Signitic add-in.
This email allows you to present:
The colleague's signature
How the Signitic add-in works
How to update the information in their signature
Select the banner of their choice
1️⃣ Access the Users menu
To send an invitation to your colleagues, access the Users menu.
You have the option to select your users using the checkboxes to the left of each user or sort them with the available filters at the top of the page.
2️⃣ Use the bulk action
Once the users are selected, simply click on Bulk Actions.
Then click on the Invite button in the list of bulk actions.
Via the dropdown menu you will see the option to present the functioning of the Signitic add-in.
You just need to confirm to trigger the sending of the invitation.
