If you use the Signitic Add-in (in Outlook) you can invite your employees by e-mail to discover the Signitic Add-in.
This e-mail allows you to present :
The employee's signature
How the Signitic add-in works
How to update the information in the signature
Select the banner of your choice
1️⃣ Access the Users menu
To send an invitation to your collaborators, access the Users menu.
You can select your users using the checkboxes to the left of each user or sort them using the filters available at the top of the page.
2️⃣ Use the grouped action
Once you have selected the users, simply click on Grouped actions.
Then click on the Invite button in the list of grouped actions.
Via the drop-down menu you will see the option to introduce the Signitic add-in.
Simply confirm to send the invitation.
