In order to reduce the reply signature, we offer a list of options available for Outlook on desktop only.
Note: Gmail integration will come up short.
1️⃣ Go to the settings
In Settings and then Signature, you have the possibility to change the content of your reply signature.
Here you can choose to display or not the banner, the closing formula or the legal mentions of all your reply signatures.
2️⃣ Setting up signatures from the editor
For the blocks
From your template editor, you can choose which type of email your block is displayed on: new messages, replies/forwards or both.
For the text
In the editor, it is also possible to add specific text to the reply or send signature using the following tags:
