If you add users, they may be inactive by default.

In this article, we'll take a look at how to make a user active so that they can have their Signature.

1️⃣Go to the Users menu

Go to the user menu, then access the filters in the search bar. In the status sub-tab, you can filter inactive users.

2️⃣Activate with grouped actions

You can now select the users you wish to activate using a grouped action if there are several of them.

Click on the Activate button in the grouped actions at the top right of the page.

3️⃣Activate the user on the user file

It is also possible to activate the user on the account in question. To do this, go to the user in question and open the Settings tab.

Don't forget to validate, and you're done!
