Signitic offers an add-in for managing your signature on your Outlook 365. To enforce a change in the signature, it is necessary to refresh the add-in.
1️⃣ Open a new email on Outlook
As a reminder, your add-in is only accessible from the new email composition page. Open your Outlook and open a "New mail."

In the top ribbon, you will find your Add-in.

2️⃣ Refresh your Add-in
Once the add-in is open, you will find the refresh symbol at the top right.

This will refresh your add-in and thus push the changes.
3️⃣ The refresh does not work
Unroll your Add-in, all the way down, then in the "Information" panel click on "Reset."

Then "Refresh" again.
