Add an external admin to your company

It is now possible to add an external admin to your Signitic account, here’s how to do it.

If you have delegated the management of your signatures, or your professional directory (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), to an external company, it is possible to add the user in Signitic to simplify the management.

Define their role

If you want your external administrator to only have certain rights, you can create a specific role for them. Otherwise, you can add them to an existing admin or co-admin role.

How to create roles with permissions?

Once your role is created, you can add it to the role list.

Once the email of your guest is entered, you can click on “Invite.” They will receive an email allowing them to create their profile and set their password.
