How can I automatically deploy my signatures on my emails?

Once your signatures have been created in Signitic, you simply need to deploy them in your email environment so that they are automatically added to all emails sent by your users, without any action required on their part.

Deployment depends on the email environment used by your company. Here are the main supported configurations:

Microsoft 365 / Outlook

For automatic and centralized deployment on Microsoft 365, you can use our Microsoft 365 connector (third-party application that is transparent for your users) or manually configure the signatures according to your email clients.

Google Workspace / Gmail

For Google Workspace, Signitic connects to your tenant via a Google connector and automatically deploys the signatures on all relevant Gmail mailboxes.

Apple Mail

For users of the Apple Mail application, you can find the full deployment procedure in the Apple Mail dedicated documentation.

Other channels (CRM, prospecting tools, etc.)

Your signatures can also be automatically deployed on your CRM and prospecting tools thanks to our dedicated connectors: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Outreach, Sellsy, Smartlead, NoCRM, Datananas, YellowBox CRM, LumApps…

Good to know

• Signatures are updated automatically: any modification to the template is reflected in all signatures already deployed.

• You can assign a different template for each user group (department, country, campaign, etc.).

• If necessary, you can force the update of signatures or users.
