My user does not have their signature on Gmail

When connecting Google Workspace to Signitic, it is possible that some of your users do not have the signature on their Gmail.

If your user has the Signitic application in the application panel, it is possible that this article will help you make the signature appear on their emails.

If this application is not present, here are the settings to check.

1️⃣ Deployment of Signitic on your Workspace

It is important to have the correct deployment settings when connecting with your Workspace. Incorrect settings may result in the absence of connection with other users.

This setting can be managed by the super admin from the application manager of your Google Workspace account.

If it is displayed "Enabled for a group" it means that the configuration is incorrect.

It is therefore necessary to set user access to "Enabled for 1 Organizational Unit".

2️⃣ Refresh the user's caches

Following this modification, it is necessary to clear the caches of the user's Gmail page so that the changes are directly taken into account Ctrl+shift+R or Cmd+shift+R if you are on MAC.
