How does it work?

You can now view in real time the approximate size of your signatures and email campaigns. A dynamic counter is integrated directly into your signature editor.

It updates automatically based on the elements added or removed, as well as according to your settings (for example, the use of embedded images).

Your signature is perfect to meet CSR requirements. Max 300KB

Your signature is acceptable, but you can optimize it. Between 300KB and 800KB

Your signature is too large, it is advisable to reduce its size. + 800KB

These thresholds are calculated when the campaign is set up.

The final size mainly depends on the image integration method:

• Embedded images: included directly in the email, they increase the total size by approximately 25%.

• Hosted images: They are loaded when opening the email. They help reduce the size of the email. This method is the most compatible for all email tools. (Outlook, Gmail, and others)

Best practices for reducing the size of your signature

• Avoid GIFs which can be very large due to their memory size.

• Compress your files before import specifically GIFs

• Limit the number of images in your signatures to ensure better readability and faster loading.

• Follow the recommended dimensions for your images.
